Lone Star’s reporting tool provides insight into all aspects of the business, providing easy access and transparency to all business KPIs. Reports run in real time and provide up to date data with no lags with immediate ability to export.

Reporting categories include:

• Customer Management (new enrollments, active customers, drops, DNP/RNP, renewals, contract expirations)
• Marketing (content view, email reporting)
• Products (additional products and services)
• ERCOT (historical usage, ESIID data)

The reporting functionality can and has integrated with multiple EDI providers, billing providers, marketing providers, and brokers in order to create the coveted “single source of truth” that so many non-integrated apps and billing systems are unable to provide to their energy retailer’s management team.
